Spicy Southwest Flatbread

Ingredients

Cole’s Texas Toast
1 cup taco blend shredded cheese
chicken breast, cubed
tomato, diced
avacado, cubed
1/4 cup bacon bits
1 tbsp ranch dressing
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped

Directions

Top Cole’s Texas Toast with taco cheese and bake according to the package instructions. Top with chicken, tomato, avocado and bacon, then drizzle with ranch and hot sauce. Garnish with cilantro and enjoy!

Margarita Flatbread

Ingredients

Cole’s Texas Toast
2tbsp olive oil
fresh mozzarella
sliced tomato
kosher salt
pepper
1/4 cup basil leaves

Directions

Bake Cole’s Texas Toast according to the package instructions, then top with olive oil and fresh mozzarella. Bake at 350°F or until cheese is melted. Top with sliced tomato, kosher salt and pepper to taste, and basil leaves and enjoy!

Pesto Mozzarella Flatbread

Ingredients

Cole’s Texas Toast
½ cup of pine nuts
2 garlic cloves, finely grated
¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
6 cups basil leaves
¾ cup olive oil
kosher salt
fresh mozzarella

Directions

Bake Cole’s Texas Toast according to package instructions. Lightly toast the pine nuts. Blend pine nuts, garlic cloves, and parmesan. Add basil, olive oil, and kosher salt to taste, then continue to blend. Spread pesto on toast and top with fresh mozzarella. Bake at 350°F or until cheese is melted, and enjoy!
